Ego8 Confirmed! - Page 28 - PbNation

The Ego8 is basically an SL74 minus the barrel kit and milled reg. The LCD is also black/white instead of blue/white. It is a hair heavier than the SL74 but a bit lighter than the 07.

Basically if you already own an SL74, the Ego8 is a slight downgrade due to the difference in weight.

It's 08, there's a new gun every year....

And apparently there will be a newer piston that cuts the sound even more.

looks good. way cheaper than the sl74, new qev system (sounds like a manifold thing), stepped valve thing = quieter. black and white lcd = better.

October's no big thing.

It looks cool, though most of the improvements are inside O.o
