You need some more info.

Are you trying to upload it from your camera, or is it on your computer already?

Use photobucket.com for uploading pics. Then copy and paste the link they give you under the pic and post it here. It's free, fast, and unlimited.

a realy easy one is imageshack.us They are really easy to use... u got to it upload a photo and press host it and it will, then copy, paste on the forum and vuala

I like this site cause it opens a little file tree like you see on your computer, making it quick and easy to find the pictures you want and to upload them
