its an ans ram and bolt, 2k2 sleeve, aim poppet.

no longer for sale.
oh and its this now:

lol i made that condom. cut a hole in the stuffed animals butt. then take out beans/ stuffing enough to fit s regular barrel condom and sew the edges together.
